About the Assignment

We are looking for a Material Controller to secure project material flow by coordinating procurement from suppliers and internal warehouses. You will play a key role in ensuring that materials are delivered on time to the workshop and other sites, while maintaining clear and structured communication on material status throughout the project lifecycle. The assignment is performed onsite in Gothenburg and requires collaboration across several functions in a project-driven environment.

Job DescriptionCoordinate procurement and material deliveries from suppliers and internal warehouses

Ensure timely deliveries to the workshop and other sites

Track, manage, and communicate material status throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate closely with suppliers, purchasers, designers, and project managers

Work in multiple digital systems and tools to support material coordination and follow-up

RequirementsExperience working in a structured and communicative way

Ability to work independently with general guidance

Solution-oriented approach to day-to-day challenges

Comfortable working across multiple digital systems and tools

Fluent in Swedish and English

Nice to havePrior experience from the automotive industry
