Come join us - and let the world feel your work.As a MarTech Engineer you will play a crucial role in the Marketing Technology team. Your role will be to architect and build the data engineering and automation products that empower our commercial decisions and drive scalable growth across B2C and B2B domains. By creating data products that enable better ads, precise bidding, and smarter budget management, you directly influence Epidemic Sound's ability to make high-impact commercial decisions. You will shape our B2B marketing engine and CRM architecture, ensuring we have a scalable automation ecosystem that converts data into measurable business growth. You will join a small, expanding, and highly collaborative team of experts who value teamwork and technical excellence, working closely with tech, product, marketing, sales, and RevOps stakeholders to design technical solutions that solve complex business challenges.
Your key responsibilities include
- Design, implement, and optimize a scalable B2B marketing engine, including lead lifecycle management, automation flows, and attribution models.
- Own the implementation and governance of HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms), ensuring data hygiene and seamless integrations.
- Develop data models and pipelines in partnership with data engineering teams to power insights and demand generation.
- Drive the team's goal-setting process to achieve measurable B2B pipeline and revenue targets.
- Advocate for and advance software development best practices, including code reviews and pair programming.
Requirements
- Extensive experience implementing and maintaining HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery for advanced data analysis and querying.
- Practical experience using JavaScript or Python for system orchestration, data integration, and automation.
- Proven track record in designing B2B demand generation infrastructure, lead scoring, and funnel management.
- Experience developing data pipelines and a solid understanding of web tracking and marketing attribution.
It would also be music to our ears if you have
- Experience designing and scaling a B2B marketing engine specifically within a SaaS or fast-paced tech environment.
- Familiarity with multi-touch attribution models and advanced marketing analytics.
- A "try yourself forward" mentality with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
