Role Overview

ZellisONE is expanding into the Nordics and seeking a Marketing Manager for the region to build and execute a regional marketing strategy that drives brand presence, pipeline creation and commercial traction. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, localising UK-led propositions for Nordic audiences while developing targeted ABM programs and demand generation initiatives.

Working closely with Sales, Product and UK & Ireland Marketing, you will shape integrated campaigns across channels, events and partnerships. You'll deliver insights, messaging and execution that resonate with enterprise-level buyers and support the company's initial customer acquisition in Sweden and beyond. Travel across the region and to UK offices will be part of this dynamic, growth-oriented role.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute Nordic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
  • Localise Zellis' value propositions, content, and campaigns to ensure cultural and linguistic relevance for Nordic decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with Sales on ABM, enablement, and conversion improvements across the full funnel.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and field events using paid media, social, content, webinars, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Manage local agencies and partners to deliver high-quality activation and extend market reach.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance to support data-driven decisions and demonstrate ROI.
  • Collaborate with UK & I Marketing and Product Marketing to align with brand, product launches, and global initiatives while tailoring for the Nordics


What are we looking for?
  • Proven B2B marketing experience in SaaS enterprise software, ideally with HR or Payroll technology.
  • Strong ABM expertise, including tiered account plans, pursuit marketing, and sales alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build demand and pipeline from a starting point.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, social, content, and events.
  • Skilled at localising propositions and messaging for Nordic audiences.
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable owning targets, metrics, and budgets.
  • Highly organised, self-starting, and confident operating with autonomy.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Clear and compelling communicator with strong English and Swedish language skills.
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of GDPR and responsible data-driven marketing practices.


Bonus points for:
  • Knowledge of Norwegian or Danish.
  • Experience working with AI, data-driven systems and advanced analytics.
  • Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
