Your mission at Epassi:

As aMarketing Coordinatorat Epassi, your mission is to support our marketing team in turning ideas into action. You'll help ensure that campaigns, launches, events, and daily marketing activities run smoothly and efficiently across multiple channels and platforms - contributing to our mission of boosting everyday wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and launches
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across teams and stakeholders
• Assist with events and co-marketing initiatives
• Help manage marketing systems and administrative tasks
• Keep marketing documentation, calendars, and processes up to date
• Act as a reliable point of support to ensure progress and follow-through

What you'll be doing (daily):

• Supporting campaign execution across portals, webshop, and other platforms
• Preparing briefs, checklists, and campaign materials
• Coordinating updates, uploads, and basic reporting
• Communicating with marketing managers and other teams
• Keeping track of timelines, tasks, and dependencies
• Making sure day-to-day marketing operations run smoothly

What you should bring:

• Some hands-on marketing experience (internship, part-time role, or similar)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• A collaborative mindset and good communication skills
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• A growth mindset and willingness to develop within marketing

Your track record:

• Initial experience supporting marketing activities, campaigns, or projects
• Experience working in structured ways to manage tasks and deadlines
• Exposure to marketing tools, platforms, or systems is a plus
• A track record of reliability, follow-through, and attention to detail

Your language profile:

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
