To strengthen our Trade Marketing team, we're searching for a Marketing Assistant to join our team for 12 months during our team member's parental leave
Your role
As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Swedish marketing team and cross-functional departments to ensure PR and marketing initiatives are executed successfully and meet company objectives. You'll be the first point of contact for stores on local marketing matters and play a key role in planning and delivering campaigns that strengthen our brand and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting Swedish stores with local marketing, including managing the marketing support inbox and training stores in the Local Marketing Toolbox.
Assisting in developing local marketing plans and ensuring materials are up to date and accessible.
Helping plan and execute local and national campaigns and events for both PR and marketing.
Coordinating production of campaign and PR materials, POS, and managing vendors and timelines.
Creating and updating internal documentation, presentations, tracking documents, and competitor analyses.
Your new team
You'll join our Trade Marketing team and work closely with colleagues in PR, Product, Retail, and Business Development, as well as external partners like media agencies and printers. We're a collaborative and supportive team that values creativity, structure, and delivering results together.
Your qualifications
We're looking for someone who combines marketing know-how with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
Experience:
Education in marketing or relevant work experience.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage timelines and stakeholders.
High level of service orientation and attention to detail.
Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English.
Interest in user experience and customer journey.
Familiarity with digital marketing, KPIs, and platforms such as Google and Meta.
