Do you want to turn marketing data into clear insights that drive growth and commercial impact?Talentech is in the middle of an exciting transformation. Following a merger, we're building a stronger group with a new product portfolio, a clearer brand, and higher ambitions. Marketing performance and ROI will be central to how we scale.
We're now looking for a Marketing Analyst to lead our marketing data function and ensure we have end-to-end visibility from spend to revenue.
What you'll do
• Own and develop the marketing data strategy aligned with commercial goals
• Ensure end-to-end visibility from marketing spend to pipeline and revenue
• Define and track core performance metrics across the full funnel
• Build and maintain dashboards and executive reporting with clear KPIs and insights
• Partner closely with Paid Media, CRM, Finance, and Data teams
• Drive attribution, forecasting, and performance measurement
• Lead campaign performance reviews and optimization initiatives
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership
• Improve processes, automation, and tools to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Build structure and ways of working that scale across markets and products
Who you are
• 5-8 + years of experience in marketing analytics, BI, or performance data
• Proven experience owning marketing performance reporting with clear commercial impact
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and growth levers
• Advanced skills in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), SQL, and GA4
• Experience with Funnel.io, Snowflake, and multi-channel data integrations
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting automation
• Confident communicator with strong data storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to executives
• Structured, independent, and process-driven - you can set up what doesn't exist yet
• Fluent in English
• Based in Stockholm
