We are looking for a Junior Manufacturing Production Planning & Control Experienced Professional with 2-5 years of experience, for a consultancy assignment at leading energy company. This is a full-time role (100%) from April 15th, 2026 to April 14th, 2027, with possibility of extension, based in Ludvika with 100% on-site work.

What will this role achieve?

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient production planning by aligning resources, materials and capacity. Through close collaboration with multiple internal functions, you will contribute to optimized production flow, improved processes and reliable delivery performance.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and manage production orders in SAP

Schedule and optimize production activities

Ensure availability of materials, resources and capacity

Allocate work orders to machines and production lines

Monitor production planning and adjust based on changes or deviations

Handle challenges related to quality, delivery and production flow

Participate in planning meetings and cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with production, purchasing, project management and other stakeholders

Contribute to continuous improvements and cost-effective solutions

About you

Requirements:

Previous experience in production planning

Experience from the manufacturing industry

Fluency in both Swedish and English (mandatory)

Relevant education in supply chain, economics or similar is an advantage

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of business systems (SAP is an advantage)

Ability to work independently with general supervision

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to plan, structure and prioritize work effectively
