The opportunity

Are you ready to embark on an exciting future and career in energy production? Power Transformers, a key part of Hitachi Energy, is growing - and we are looking for new talents to join us!

Your journey with us begins with a comprehensive four-month training program at our Training Center. You'll receive theoretical and practical training, designed to give you a strong foundation, and a good introduction to different core jobs in our production.

About you
  • You are an engaged and curious person who enjoys working both independently and as a part of a team
  • You are thorough and responsible- always putting the safety of yourself and your colleagues first
  • You have good knowledge of either English or Swedish, both written and verbal
  • You can work different shift times

In this recruitment process, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities, such as your level of commitment and your willingness to continuously develop and improve your work.

The training includes
  • Forklift, overhead crane, and sky lift training
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety and quality
  • Theoretical training in reading of drawing, technical instructions, and method previsions.
  • Practical training in different core jobs


This position begins with temporary employment of four-month training time, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. The training takes place during regular daytime hours and is led by experienced instructors. After completing the training, you will work shifts.
