We're looking for a Manager, Digital Channels & Activation who can lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our always-on digital presence. In this role, you will ensure our content reaches the right audiences across key digital touchpoints and deliver measurable impact.

Based in Lund, Sweden, you will lead the team responsible for amplifying content across paid and organic channels, playing a key role in expanding our reach, engagement, and demand through digital marketing.

Who is your future team?

You will join the Digital Channels & Activation team, responsible for bringing our marketing strategy to life across digital platforms.

The team focuses on amplifying campaigns and content through always-on digital channels, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. Working closely with teams across information systems, marketing, brand, and content, the group turns strategy into measurable digital impact.

The team includes specialists across paid and owned media, social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing operations, collaborating to continuously improve performance and audience engagement.

What will you do here as Manager, Digital Channels & Activation?

As the Manager for the Digital Channels & Activation team, you will lead the people in the team, and how our campaigns and content are distributed and optimized across digital channels. Your work will help maximize reach, engagement, and demand by combining strong channel strategy with data-driven execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Define and evolve the digital channels strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives
• Lead the execution of digital campaigns across owned and paid channels
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and X
• Manage media strategy, planning, and budget allocation
• Monitor media performance, analytics, and optimization opportunities
• Lead and develop a team of digital marketing specialists
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure effective digital activations

Qualifications

• Experience in turning business strategies into digital marketing
• Working knowledge of paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience managing digital campaigns and analyzing performance data

• Experience managing staff, external agencies and media partners
• Comfortable working with multi-channel marketing campaigns

Physical Demands and Travel

This role is primarily office based. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration, agency meetings and events.
