Job Title: LRS VPX Level 3 transition SME/PRINTER SUPPORT
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
Duration: 6-12 month contract
Working Mode: Onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LRS VPSX Level 3 Transition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in output management and core LRS architecture, with a focus on label and bulk print solutions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions and efficient management of output solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LRS VPSX transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Implement and configure LRS VPSX architecture for label and bulk print solutions.
- Provide Level 3 support for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to LRS VPSX.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy output management solutions.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of output management systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for LRS VPSX configurations and processes.
- Train and mentor Level 1 and 2 support teams on LRS VPSX architecture and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in output management.
- Participate in project planning and execution, providing technical expertise and guidance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with LRS VPSX architecture and output management solutions.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing label and bulk print solutions within the LRS VPSX framework.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with providing Level 3 support.
- Excellent understanding of print management, print servers, and related technologies.
- Experience with performance tuning and system optimization in an output management context.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in output management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in LRS VPSX or related technologies.
- Experience with additional print management and output management solutions.
- Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools for output management.
