PositionOverview

Weare seeking a skilled and experiencedSolution Architectto lead and shape thefunctional vision of our Microsoft D365 initiatives. In this role, you willdrive architectural strategy, providing leadership and direction forenterprise-wide projects on the Microsoft D365 platform. As the leadarchitect, you'll align solutions with business goals and technology roadmaps,working with stakeholders and development teams to define functionalspecifications and bridge any gaps. You'll support project teams, guide designdecisions, and stay current with industry trends, shaping impactful,transformational D365 solutions for the business.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead functional architectural design for strategic, enterprise-wide initiatives on Microsoft D365.
• Provide guidance and governance to align solutions with business goals, technology strategies, and roadmaps.
• Perform architectural evaluations, solution analysis, and design to address complex requirements.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business owners, and stakeholders to capture business needs and document functional specifications.
• Define long-term strategic goals and actionable short-term plans for the D365 solution area.
• Research, evaluate, and select solutions (off-the-shelf, in-house, or third-party) based on business needs and document detailed specifications.
• Stay current with industry developments, adopting best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and resolve gaps in existing solutions, ensuring cohesive, secure, and efficient designs.
• Guide project teams on solution design, impacts, and cost considerations, ensuring alignment with EA frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Architect to align solutions with quality and security standards.
• Provide technical coaching to developers and ensure vendor compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications& Skills:

• University degree in IT, engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years' experience from working as a Solution Architect
• Deep knowledge of the major business systems design and features within the area
• Profound understanding of system development methods and standards.
• Thorough insight of the business process related to the area
• Leadership experience is considered an asset
