Your Role as Lead Programmer

As Lead Programmer, you'll oversee the development of our platform-from today's mockup to a fully functional MVP within six months. You will:

• Design, develop, and implement the core technical architecture of our platform.
• Collaborate with our partners in India and Sweden to build a scalable and secure application.
• Explore and integrate advanced technologies, such as blockchain and AI, to enhance functionality.
• Drive technical decisions and lead the development team as we scale.
• Work closely with customers, investors, and advisors to refine our solution and ensure product-market fit.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in various languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and MySQL.
• Experience with blockchain technologies and AI is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and data protection principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
