What you'll own
The full platform: backend, frontend, infrastructure, and data pipelines
Technical architecture and tooling decisions - you choose how things are built
Team decisions: hire locally in Gothenburg or expand the current Vietnamese dev team
AI tooling strategy across the company (everyone already uses AI daily)

What We're Looking For
Strong full-stack experience - you're comfortable across backend, frontend, and infrastructure
Experience with C# / .NET (or willingness to work in it)
Comfort working independently and making architectural decisions without a team to lean on
Interest in AI tooling and how it changes development workflows
A pragmatic mindset: you care about shipping things that work, not chasing the newest framework
Nice to have: experience in fintech, payment systems, or regulated industries.
