VITA Brands, a part of Fiskars Group, is home to some of the world's most iconic design brands like Georg Jensen, IITTALA, Rörstrand, Royal Copenhagen and Moomin Arabia. And now we are hiring for a Key Account Manager, Wholesale for Norway and Sweden to cover a parental leave of at least 10 months. In this role, you will own a group of important wholesale accounts in the region and drive profitable growth through strong commercial planning and excellent relationship management. Working closely with our Business Units and key customers, you will shape and execute impactful strategies that balance our immediate performance with long term growth.
Reporting to our Wholesale Director, this hybrid role can be based at our offices in either Stockholm or Oslo. You can expect approximately 20% travel.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will own the commercial performance of your accounts, translating customer insights into priorities and deliver to agreed targets. This includes shaping long term plans, leading key commercial discussions, and ensuring strong execution across all touchpoints. You will bring alignment between internal teams and customers, ensuring plans are realistic, well-coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard.
- Build and execute focused account plans that deliver net sales and margin growth
- Lead commercial discussions including negotiations, renewals, and ongoing account development
- Own forecasting and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and clear visibility on performance
- Use sales data and customer insight to identify opportunities and address risks
- Partner with internal teams to develop and deliver strong customer plans and proposals
- Ensure effective product presence and execution across retail channels
- Lead structured line reviews and coordinate internal resources to support delivery
WHO YOU ARE
You are a commercially focused Key Account Manager who takes ownership of performance and delivers with consistency. You combine strong analytical thinking with the ability to build trusted relationships, and you are comfortable navigating complexity while keeping a clear focus on outcomes. You bring structure to your work, communicate with confidence, and approach challenges with a practical & results focused mindset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management. Experience in the fashion or design industries a plus
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with data to support decisions
- Able to turn customer insights & feedback into clear, actionable priorities
- Confident communicator with strong ability to build relationships
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A bachelor's degree in Business required
- Fully fluent in English and either Norwegian or Swedish
