The role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our evolving team.

You will take strategic ownership of a larger customer portfolio where the focus is on maintaining strong relationships, ensuring value realisation from purchased products, and identifying potential for strategic expansion using the right tools and systems.

This is not a traditional sales role-we are looking for someone who brings strategic insight, customer-centric thinking, and project leadership to the table.

This is what you'll be doing:
  • Managing and growing a defined portfolio of B2B customers (suppliers or contractors).
  • Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies including pipelines, forecasting, and contact plans.
  • Owning customer onboarding, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Acting as the bridge between Product Management, Project Management and client teams.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation of systems and specifications.
  • Providing structured reporting and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Collaborating with internal leadership and participate in the ongoing refinement of the KAM structure.

About you:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Key Account Management.
  • Solid experience in client-facing roles - preferably from the construction industry, but not a must.
  • Understanding of the customer mindset and long-term partnership development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS models is a plus (but not required).
  • Fluent in Swedish and good conversational level in English
