Minimum requirements:
Experience in a similar position
Pro-active, flexible, dedicated, and hardworking by nature - a self-starter
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Driven and enthusiastic with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong creative skills and the initiative to come up with fresh ideas and to think outside the box
Passion to lead projects, learn and improve the processes
Ability to produce documentation and business requirements
Nice to have:
Understanding of software development lifecycle
Understanding and experience on the iGaming industry
Role`s responsibilities:
The Project Manager takes the initiative and works alongside with our product owners, software developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the project's technical delivery from the initial steps, implementation and up to delivery. In this position, you report and work together with our Head of Project Management on various internal and external projects. You will:
Coordinate and be responsible for the implementation and delivery of internal and external projects ranging from new market entries to new products and features
Communicate regularly with various project stakeholders to determine project priorities and discuss/inform about the project's life cycle
Coordinate internal resources and external partners for effective project delivery
Establish and maintain relationships
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Coordinate with our internal compliance functions to properly plan ahead regulatory needs
Liaise with external testing laboratories, coordinate technical certifications and audits as required by new market entries or by regular fulfilment of legal requirements.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Assist in the change management process during implementation phases
Manage and organize our internal project management tool
