We're now looking for aJunior Integration Specialistwho wants to start or grow their career within integrations, systems, and technical problem-solving. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, internal teams, and technical stakeholders to implement and maintain integrations that enable smooth data flows and secure access.

What you'll do

As a Junior Integration Specialist, you'll support the implementation and maintenance of integrations between Winningtemp and external systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting customers with integration-related questions and troubleshooting
• Owning and coordinating customer integration projects from setup to delivery
• Setting up and maintaining integrations between Winningtemp and external HR systems
• Assisting customers with Single Sign-On (SSO) setup and configuration
• Troubleshooting basic integration issues and investigating data sync errors
• Escalating more complex technical issues to the Integrations team when needed
• Maintaining and organising documentation for integrations and integration processes
• Contributing to improvements in our integration processes and documentation
  

You'll work closely with teams across the organisation, including Sales, Account Management, Onboarding, and our Integrations team, as well as customer HR and technical teams.

What we're looking for

We believe you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new systems, and helping customers succeed.

You likely have:

• A degree in IT, systems science, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of a programming language such as C++
• Some familiarity with data formats such as JSON or XML
• Basic understanding of APIs, system integrations, or data flows
• Interest in Identity Providers and Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Interest in customer-facing technical roles
• Comfort working with AI-enhanced workflows and tools

You are also:

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Curious and eager to learn new technical concepts
• Structured and detail-oriented in your work
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience withHR systems, SaaS platforms, or API tools is a plus, but not required.
