Your mission? 🚀
As our Junior Customer Support Agent, you’ll be joining our Customer Support team. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your role will involve providing timely assistance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high standards of service.
💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and case management system
Providing first-line support and guidance in our business system
Assisting customers with login issues, user questions, and basic troubleshooting
Registering, following up, and documenting cases in a structured manner
Escalating more complex cases to second-line support or product team
Ensuring a good customer experience through professional and solution-oriented service
Contributing to keeping support guides and FAQs updated as needed
This is a fixed-term position with the planned starting date in May, and you'll be working 37,5 hours per week until September. The position is based at our Stockholm office, where you'll be working in a flexible hybrid model. We are super excited to have you on board and for you to bring your positive energy to our team!

💵 Salary: 27 000 SEK / month

We’re looking for a motivated student or an early-career professional, who's ready to make a positive impact on our customer support. To succeed in this position:
You have good finance knowledge
You are fluent in English and Swedish (both written and spoken).
You're a good communicator; you like to expresse your ideas clearly and pedagogically in speech and writing
You're responsible; you follow-up on cases and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
You're patient and attentive; you're able to handle customers professionally
You're service-oriented; you enjoy helping others and creating a great customer experience
You have an independent yet collaborative mind-set, meaning that you can take responsibility but you also thrive in a team
What’s considered a plus (but not required):
Interest in finance or business systems
Previous customer service experience
You're tech savvy and curious about systems, IT, and digital tools
