About the Position

We are looking for dedicated production workers for our major client in Kävlinge, operating in the food industry. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the entire production process and develop your skills across different areas.

The role includes packaging and handling food products in a refrigerated warehouse (3-8°C / 37-46°F) and involves both day and evening shifts throughout the week. Therefore, flexibility and availability-including weekends-are essential. The work is physically demanding and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, active environment.

Responsibilities

Cutting, washing, and packing salads and vegetables

Restocking goods

Performing quality checks on products

Sorting and basic cleaning

Profile & Background

We are looking for someone who is positive, curious, and flexible. As a consultant at Boxflow, it is important that you are adaptable and willing to step in where needed. The job may involve heavy lifting and a high work pace, so good physical fitness is required.

Previous experience in production is considered an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to perform are most important.

Requirements

Good knowledge of English

Valid driver's license and access to a car

Previous experience in production and warehouse work
