We are looking for an IT / OT Security Consultant to join us at Telia Cygate .

Hey! My name is Dennis Bergman Karlsson, and I have the privilege of leading our awesome security consulting team in the Mid Region, where we have offices in Norrköping , Jönköping, Växjö .

What you'll do:

As a Security Consultant, you'll work closely with your colleagues on various types of customer projects. Your work will range from implementation projects - where you'll dive deep into modern IT security solutions - you will take technical ownership of solutions and act as a senior point of contact in customer engagements.

Our customers rely on us to secure their IT environments, and we help them not only operate and maintain their solutions, but also improve, and future-proof them in line with modern enterprise and hybrid IT needs .

With us, you won't work in a bubble. Our projects often span multiple service areas, which means you'll collaborate with our experts in networking, security, and Hybrid IT. This gives you both depth and broad competence - from network and security operations to cloud, automation, virtualization, and data centers. And if you want to get certified in new areas? What will help you thrive in this role:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about solving complex IT security challenges and enjoys presenting solutions to both technical specialists and decision-makers in a clear and engaging way. You're comfortable in an advisory role and motivated by helping customers find the right security solutions for their IT environments and business needs . You have solid experience with security solutions, focusing on one or more platforms or technologies .

• Previous experience working with solutions from, for example, Microsoft, Cisco, Check Point, and Fortinet
  

• You have several years of hands-on experience working with IT security in enterprise environments and feel comfortable operating at a senior or expert level.
  

• You have a strong IT security foundation and an interest in OT contexts, with the ability and willingness to develop your skills in this area when needed.
  

• U sed to working in complex IT environments w ith high requirements for security, availability, and performance.
  

• Experience in design, implementation, and troubleshooting of security solutions in both on-premises and hybrid cloud environments .
  

• Fluen cy in Swedish and English , both spoken and written .
