Your role

A crucial part of the IT Business Analyst role is to identify and analyze functional and technical requirements connected to Credit Risk. You are the link between the customer and the development team and will ensure that the applications meet the requirements of future users.

In this position you will play a key role in:

  • Initiating business and process improvements.
  • Capturing requirements through workshops with customers.
  • Communicating with stakeholders about priorities, changing requirements and test results.
  • Implementing new processes and technologies at our customers.


Your profile

  • Expert Business Analyst with experience in doing data analysis using SQL.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience and 3-4 years of Analyst experience.
  • Functional background within Banking & Credit Risk domain.
  • Ability to bridge Business and IT by understanding business terminology and independently translating requirements into solution designs.
  • Ability to support in UT, ST and end-to-end UAT testing.
  • Excellent communication skills and an agile team player.
  • Proficiency in Swedish is a plus and candidates based in Sweden will be prioritized.
