About Camfil

The Camfil Group is a world-leading manufacturer of clean air solutions with 30 production sites and about 6000 employees worldwide. Our headquarters are located in central Stockholm, and our largest Nordic factory is in Trosa.

The role

As our IT Architect for Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in Camfil's global IT organisation and contribute to shaping the company's digital future. You report directly to the CIO of Camfil Group and become part of our architecture team, which includes specialists within Supply Chain, Finance & IT and HR. Together, you drive the development of a modern, coherent and scalable IT architecture that supports Camfil's global operations.

Your focus is to lead and evolve the Sales & Marketing architecture in close partnership with business stakeholders worldwide, covering CRM, e-commerce, customer data, digital services and upcoming AI and automation initiatives. You act as the bridge between business and technology, turning strategy into execution and moving work forward.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing representatives and translate their needs into concrete technical initiatives and architectural decisions
  • Develop and govern the IT landscape within your domain
  • Plan architectural changes together with system owners, application specialists and project managers
  • Support initiatives related to CRM, e-commerce, marketing automation and customer experience
  • Define and communicate IT architecture principles, guidelines and design patterns
  • Ensure alignment with Camfil's global IT strategy
  • Participate in the Change Advisory Board and collaborate closely with fellow architects
  • Stay updated on technical developments with focus on cloud services, security, AI and data management

Your profile

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a global context and has experience bridging business needs and technical solutions. You are communicative, structured and thrive in environments where harmonisation and long-term architectural thinking are key.

We believe you bring:
  • A relevant academic degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure and cloud services
  • Experience in CRM, marketing tech, e-commerce or digital customer solutions
  • Understanding of integration, architecture, security and data flows
  • Experience from larger international organisations
  • Excellent English skills

It is an advantage if you have worked in global teams and have experience driving architecture work across multiple regions.
