Mazagna is a fast-growing food and beverage brand founded in Egypt - now expanding its successful business to Sweden.

Our mission is to bring fresh, high-quality coffee, food, and vegetables to the Swedish market. We are starting with our biggest passion - premium coffee and its products - and aim to make Mazagna a well-known brand among coffee lovers, cafés, and major retailers across Scandinavia.

Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Intern to help drive Mazagna's launch and early-stage growth in Sweden.

This internship gives you hands-on experience in international business expansion, e-commerce, and retail market development. You will work closely with Mazagna's founders and marketing team to establish the brand in Sweden and develop partnerships with leading retailers and cafés.

Responsibilities

  1. Register Mazagna on Amazon Sweden and manage initial product listings and logistics setup.
  2. Develop partnerships with main Swedish retailers such as ICA, Willys, and Lidl.
  3. Build brand presence and networks with coffee shops and cafés across Sweden.
  4. Register and launch products on TEMU Sweden to increase market visibility.
  5. Design marketing campaigns and package offers for seasonal events such as Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year promotions.
  6. Conduct market research to identify competitors, price points, and consumer preferences.


Requirements

  1. Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or Entrepreneurship.
  2. Strong communication skills in English (Swedish language is a plus).
  3. Passionate about coffee culture, food business, and startup development.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  5. Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central, e-commerce, or digital marketing is an advantage.
