As International Project Coordinator, you will be part of the EWB KTH Management Team and play a central role in supporting and strengthening the international project work of Engineers Without Borders Sweden through the KTH chapter.

We are looking for a committed KTH student to help shape our international projects and rebuild our local team.
About the Role
As International Project Coordinator, you will be part of the EWB KTH Management Team and play a central role in supporting and strengthening the international project work of Engineers Without Borders Sweden through the KTH chapter.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruit skilled and motivated students for project roles - with support from the Management Team
- Guiding student teams through the project process and supporting them in designing impactful projects
- Ensuring that projects follow EWB Sweden's guidelines and best practices
- Representing the KTH group at monthly national projects board meetings
- Reviewing and providing feedback on international project proposals from other local groups
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of EWB's international initiatives
- Participating in weekly on-site team meetings with the EWB KTH Group.
There is also an opportunity to get directly involved in one or more international projects during your time in the role.

Who We Are Looking For
No prior experience is required - just bring your curiosity and motivation. However, you will thrive in this role if you have:
- A passion for Engineers Without Borders' mission: using humanitarian engineering to engage, inspire, and unite people in building a sustainable future.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A strong drive and structured way of working.
- Previous experience with project work or coordination (a plus, but not essential).
Practical Information
- Start date: As soon as possible, with a flexible onboarding period leading up until the start of the semester.
- Duration: Until May 2026.
- Time commitment: 4 hours per week.
- Location: KTH, Stockholm.
