Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Interim IT Operations Manager

What You Will Work On

Lead, distribute, and follow up on work within IT Operations & Delivery

Take full responsibility for personnel, budget, and work environment

Ensure high availability and stable operation of IT infrastructure

Drive continuous improvement and transformation initiatives

Lead and contribute to infrastructure and business-related IT projects

Collaborate with other IT functions to ensure efficient service delivery

Support strategic and operational development of IT services

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent experience

Several years of experience in IT operations and/or infrastructure

Strong technical understanding of server operations, networks, and backup solutions

Proven leadership experience, including change management

Ability to work both strategically and operationally

Structured, driven, and solution-oriented leadership style

Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English
