INSIDE SALES - FIX TERM CONTRACT

If you are passionate about sales and giving our customers the best possible service than this could be the job for you. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager in Ljungby.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You will be the first point of contact to our customers in Sweden through incoming phone calls or e-mails. Supporting our District Managers and our dealers is part of your daily work. You will work in different digital environments such as office programs and CRM systems such as Salesforce. During a normal day/week you will:

• Handle orders, quotations, leads and customer support
• Be a back-office function for our area managers and our Excellence network
• Update customer profiles
• Create a different variety of reports and follow-ups

Qualifications

WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

• Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing.
• Used to going above and beyond in delivering service/value to stakeholders
• Comfortable in working in different digital systems.
• Experience in Darwin is a plus
• CRM experience (Salesforce is a plus)
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Understanding the process of a sales-cycle and business acumen
• Used to exceeding the expectations of a customer
• Problem-solving skills
