What You'll Do

Work with Business and Technology teams to define project requirements, and scope, and reach an agreement on the delivery process and schedule

Act as an expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of complete MDM solutions

Lead project teams in the analysis of business needs, solution proposals, and delivery of SOTI One product implementations

Provide consultancy on projects and ensure a smooth transition to Operations teams

Interface with Product teams and drive the development of custom solutions

Customize and deliver SOTI PS offerings

Experience You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field of study

Project Management experience (certifications such as CPM/MPM/PPM/PMP a plus)

Previous consulting experience in a technical capacity

Design/administration/monitoring Linux and Windows servers

Good knowledge of Infrastructure services, Server hardware, Networking, and Databases.

Technical writing (CPTC certification or similar a plus)

Risk management (CRM/CRISK/ITIL Expert certifications a plus)

Network/systems management or security

System automation

Mobility Management/Deployment

Skills:

Business and Process Analysis

Project Management

Good communication skills

Training (knowledge transfer, end-user documentation generation, training regimen design)

Knowledge of client-server networking and database management

Risk evaluation

Web server/application server administration

Technologies/Tools:

Network

Cisco (CCNA/CCIA a plus)

SolarWinds

WireShark (WCNA)

Security

Cryptography - OpenSSL, AES Crypt, etc.

Experience with NMap/Nagios/Splunk or similar
