Assignment Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer/Analyst with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical delivery within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. This role is focused on engineering, implementation, and operational support, rather than project management or coordination.

The consultant will contribute to strengthening and optimizing IAM capabilities across both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient identity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute hands-on implementation and management of IAM solutions across core domains

Design, configure, and enhance identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning and automation

Develop and maintain authentication and authorization frameworks aligned with security best practices

Implement and support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions

Manage directory services and oversee both human and non-human identity processes

Integrate IAM systems with internal and external platforms, ensuring seamless and secure access control

Collaborate with architects and security stakeholders to translate business and compliance requirements into technical implementations

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to IAM strategy and roadmap discussions

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve identity-related issues, ensuring system stability and service reliability

Required Experience & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering and operations

Proven expertise in directory services and identity platforms

Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth2, OIDC, and SAML

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting IAM issues across hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises)

Experience working with automation and identity lifecycle management processes

Ability to implement secure IAM controls, policies, and integrations

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

Experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) tools

Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions

Familiarity with managing non-human identities (e.g., service accounts, APIs)

Experience contributing to IAM architecture or roadmap initiatives

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Additional Details:

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (approximately 50% remote work)

Language Requirement: English (Professional proficiency)
