We're looking for anIAM Application Engineerto join us at Telia.

I'mMazvydas Simkus,Head of Workforce Identity & Access Management, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on shaping the future ofIdentity & Access Management by driving secure, scalable IAM solutionsacross Telia's enterprise.

What you'll do:

You'll take part in both application deployment and application development, working across several IAM-related platforms and integrations. You will:

• Deploy, configure, and manage applications within the IAM ecosystem.
• Support application development and integration activities.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure the stability of IAM services.
• Work with automation, monitoring, and improvements to enhance service quality.
• Contribute to secure, scalable, and modern identity solutions used across the organization.
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are analytical, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. You take ownership of your work and appreciate the importance of secure and reliable identity services in a modern digital workplace. You also have:

• Experience as an Application Expert, Application Engineer, Application Support Enginer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of application operations, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with authentication and access management concepts.
• Scripting skills: PowerShell, Bash.
  

Nice to have experience:

• Experience with identity platforms or IAM services.
• Back-end development experience: C# or Java.
• Front-end development experience: ASP.NET Core, React.
• Platform experience: Linux and Windows servers running on premise in virtual machines.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of monitoring, observability, or SRE principles.
• Familiarity with identity standards like OAuth, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
