Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Technical Lead

What you will work on:

Lead technical design and implementation of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions

Design and operate Azure environments including AKS and Kubernetes platforms

Integrate and manage on-premises infrastructure connected to cloud environments

Define architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security

Drive Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform and Bicep

Build and improve CI/CD and DevOps workflows for infrastructure deployments

Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies

Optimize infrastructure costs and manage vendor-related technical decisions

Act as technical authority within the platform team and contribute to technical communities

Mentor engineers and promote best practices in DevOps and cloud operations

What you bring:

Strong experience designing and operating Azure-based cloud infrastructure

Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container platforms, and hybrid cloud environments

Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation

Hands-on experience integrating on-prem infrastructure with cloud platforms

Strong troubleshooting skills across both cloud and physical environments

Experience supporting development teams with reliable platform services

Ability to lead technically while remaining hands-on in implementation

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Analytical mindset with structured approach to complex technical problems
