Develop, implement, and monitor HSE management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.Ensure compliance with Swedish Work Environment Authority (Arbetsmiljöverket) regulations and EU environmental directives.
Conduct detailed risk assessments for construction, installation, lifting operations, electrical works, and commissioning activities.
Oversee HSE compliance during wind, solar, or grid infrastructure installation projects.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and review method statements, safety plans, environmental management plans, and permit-to-work systems.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project-specific HSE requirements.
Coordinate with project management, engineering teams, and regulatory authorities on safety and environmental matters.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Develop emergency response and environmental protection procedures.
Support sustainability targets and environmental impact mitigation aligned with renewable energy objectives.
