Are you an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of Swedish labour law and collective agreements? Do you thrive in an administrative HR role while maintaining a broader strategic outlook? At Europeiska ERV, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Swedish office, supporting our local operations while being an integral part of our Nordic HR team. This role will focus primarily on Labour Relations, HR administration, payroll support, reporting, and compliance. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across Denmark and Norway and have some exposure to our international organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure compliance with Swedish labor laws and collective agreements.
  • Serve as a key link between Sweden and Denmark to ensure seamless HR processes.
  • Support our payroll administration with HR inputs, handling VY codes, and reporting to the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
  • Promote workplace well-being through health initiatives and employee engagement.
  • Organize team-building activities and social events to strengthen our Swedish workforce.
  • Manage HR master data and support HR reporting for our international group.
  • Provide HR administrative support across the Nordics.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding in Sweden, ensuring a smooth employee journey.

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid experience in Swedish labor law, collective agreements, and payroll-related matters.
  • Strong professional confidence - capable of handling complex HR matters independently.
  • Proactive, structured, and self-sufficient, with a keen eye for detail.
  • 5+ years of HR specialist experience, preferably in a larger, international or Nordic company.
  • Good MS Excel skills - a must for reporting and compliance.

Fluency in Swedish (native) and English (corporate language).
