About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to strengthen our great team. You will together with your colleagues play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business operations and promote a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, driving, and supporting all HR processes through information activities, workshops, and management coaching.

• Provide guidance on HR policy and best practices, promoting a culture of openness, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and equitable workplace
• Driving competence and leadership development.
• Support and coordination of operational HR and people change management (i.e. job changes, recruitments, promotions, organizational changes).
• Delivery of all processes in the HR annual cycle.
• Support, coordination and resolution of incoming requests for people and organizational matters.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering or HR generalist roles.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.
• Preferably a broad understanding and interest in all HR areas and deeper knowledge in learning and development and leadership capabilities of our people.
• English - full working proficiency verbal and writing
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
