About this opportunity:

Head of Services Business Development and Portfolio will drive evolution and growth of Networks services (ND and CS) and improve overall services profitability. This role will also proactively drive services business development and new services introduction (i.e. Agentic AI, digital twin) addressing CSPs digital transformation, in close collaboration with MA teams, to provide best value to CSPs and most competitive cost. Driving services evolution and development will be closely aligned with BNEW strategy, supporting BNEW profitable growth through services segmentation, portfolio standardization and systematic digitalization.

This role reports to the Head of BNEW Service Area Networks and is part of the Service Area Networks leadership team

What you will do:

• Responsible for BNEW Services presales, overall services OB/NS, services profitability improvements and new services growth at scale

• Proactively lead and support CUs and MA Domains with services business development and customer engagements

• Proactively support overall BNEW profitable growth through close collaboration and alignment within BNEW teams on strategic priorities

• Re-define and evolve services portfolio focusing on new AI centric services for profitable growth and CSP value capture

• Bring new and innovative solutions and support development of new commercial models to grow with scale new services

• Develop and execute services segmentation and standardization globally in close alignment with SAN digitalization Business Flows

• Lead, develop and structure team to innovate and drive CSP value capture

• Actively collaborate across BAs (i.e BCSS NDO) units and align on strategies

The skills you bring:

• Strong knowledge across Mobile networks, especially BNEW portfolio and solutions, products and services

• Proven experience in customer engagements, sales / presales roles in Market areas (i.e. KAM, Domain presales etc.)

• Strong strategic and thought leadership skills / strategic thinking

• Strong / proven experience in setting and driving portfolio strategies and roadmaps

• Cross functional collaboration skills / experience

• Proven Leadership and talent development experience

• Ability to drive and influence change management

• Strong business skills and understanding

• Strategic mindset with the ability to operate at both the visionary and tactical delivery level.
