About Elekta

AsHead of Service Solutions & Pricing, you will lead the global strategy for how Elekta defines, structures, and monetizes its commercial service-led clinical solutions. You will shape value propositions, set pricing strategy, drive global pricing governance, and partner with regional teams to ensure consistent, high-impact commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
Define Commercial Clinical Solution Value Propositions
• Develop compelling value propositions by bundling LSS products, services, and digital capabilities.
• Quantify customer and economic value to inform solution positioning and pricing.
• Partner with product management, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and competitive advantages. Set Solution Pricing Strategy
• Establish global pricing strategy and architecture for service-based clinical solutions.
• Define pricing bands, discount guardrails, and margin targets across segments.
• Continuously refine pricing based on market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
• Build business cases and pricing models to support new solution launches and lifecycle adjustments. Govern Pricing Logic and Catalogue Structure
• Own pricing logic, catalogue taxonomy, and configuration rules in collaboration with IT, finance, and operations.
• Ensure price lists, SKUs, and bundled configurations remain accurate and scalable.
• Maintain governance processes that reinforce pricing discipline, compliance, and traceability across regions. Drive Price Realization Through Regional Commercial Teams
• Partner with regional marketing, sales, and commercial operations to operationalize pricing strategy.
• Equip teams with tools, value calculators, training, and competitive positioning support.
• Support strategic deals, pricing exceptions, and contract structures while reinforcing global guardrails.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and recommend actions to increase price capture and margin performance.
Your Expertise
• Senior leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, service solutions, or related domains
• Strong ability to define and communicate value for service-based or technology-enabled solutions
• Deep expertise in pricing models, monetization strategies, and commercial governance
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Collaborative leadership style and a track record of driving commercial impact
