What You'll Own

As our Head of Sales, you'll lead the full commercial strategy across all product categories, working to maximize profitable growth across our brand portfolio. You will lead and grow our sales team and work closely with functions across Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

You will:

Own the sales strategy and performance across all product categories and brands

Lead and develop a sales team focused on sustainable growth and marketplace excellence (primarily Amazon)

Set clear commercial goals, track performance, and adjust plans to achieve or exceed targets

Build alignment between product launches, marketing campaigns, inventory planning, and pricing strategies

Monitor category, competitor, and marketplace trends to proactively identify opportunities and risks

Drive continuous improvement in sales execution, processes, and reporting

What You Bring

3+ years of experience in sales roles within consumer goods or e-commerce

Proven experience leading high-performing sales teams

Strong understanding of Amazon marketplaces and international e-commerce

Hands-on experience selling to U.S. consumers, with a deep understanding of customer behavior, expectations, and market dynamics

Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills

Track record of setting and delivering on sales targets across multiple brands or categories

Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and supply chain teams

Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
