Within ourGlass Fibre Tissue, Business Unit, we are looking for a Head ofProduct Managementto lead the development and growth of our portfolio. This is a new role in the unit with a global responsibility of the product portfolio, working with customers mainly in EMEA and North America.

Purpose of the Role
You will set a clear portfolio strategy, simplify our offer, and bring winning products to market.
Working closely with Sales and Product Development, you will champion value-based pricing, optimize the portfolio, and ensure compliance and sustainability.
Your leadership will help us meet future demand with confidence.
Key Responsibilities and expectations
- Define and communicate portfolio strategy aligned with business blueprints
- Champion value-based pricing and margin protection in partnership with Sales
- Optimize the portfolio: enforce Standard Grade lists, prune the long tail, and promote Great Grades
- Build differentiated value propositions and equip Sales with customer-ready materials
- Govern the product lifecycle: launches, ramp-up, maturity actions, and phase-outs
- Ensure sustainability and regulatory compliance across the portfolio
- Plan capacity and footprint, recommending CAPEX or tolling solutions
- Drive data-based portfolio reviews and maintain robust tools and analytics

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (Master's/MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 7 years in B2B product management or portfolio leadership in industrial/manufacturing sectors
- Expertise in portfolio strategy, value-based pricing, lifecycle management, and sustainability
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into decisions
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change
- Good communicator and proven teambuilder as part of your agenda
