About the role
As Head of People & Culture, you will play a central role in our organization by overseeing all aspects of the employee journey. You will be vital in establishing structures and processes to create a workplace where our employees thrive, grow, and reach their full potential.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence, implement, and drive strategic people &culture decisions across our company. You will be the lead HR professional, reporting to the CEO, and working close with the management team.You will have significant responsibility and the unique opportunity to shape theHR function and develop as the company grows.
Your tasks & Responsibilities
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, creating and optimizing routines in areas such as talent development, recruitment, performance management, and onboardingand offboarding processes.
Identify development needs and drive initiatives that support the career growth and advancement of our employees throughleadership development programs to ensure both short- and long term competence supply within the company.
Continuously evaluate our offering package toward our employees to ensure we remain competitive and attractive in the job market.
Strengthen and further develop our company culture to ensure an inclusive and engaging work environment.
Lead and develop our recruitment strategies to attract and retain the right talents.
Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, and plan and deliver training that meets the organization's needs.

Requirements for the role
We believe that you have:
- Experience in a broad HR role responsible for the entire employee lifecycle at top-class companies.
- Experience working with HR systems - we work with Hailey HR, Winningtemp, etc.
- A strong understanding of how to build and implement effective HR processes.
- Experience in providing HR support to managers and developing leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities.
- Experience in recruiting and creating strategies to attract and retain talent. Previous experience intalent and trainee programs.
