About Elekta

AsHead of Linac Solutions & Pricing, you will lead the global strategy for how Elekta defines, positions, and monetizes its Linac-based clinical solutions. You will shape value propositions, set pricing strategy, drive pricing governance, and partner with regional leaders to ensure strong commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Define differentiated value propositions for Linac solutions
• Lead global pricing strategy, architecture, and monetization models
• Own global pricing governance and portfolio structure
• Drive price realization and strategic deal support with regional teams
• Advise senior leadership on commercial and competitive strategy

Your Expertise
• Senior leadership experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or solution management
• Strong ability to define and articulate value for complex technology or clinical solutions
• Deep expertise in pricing models and commercial governance
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders across regions
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Clear, effective communicator and collaborative leader
