Group Manager - Sales Portal

Role Summary

We're looking for a passionate and collaborative Group Manager to co-lead the Sales Portal area - a key part of how Scania supports its global sales process. The group is in the middle of an exciting and much-needed change journey, and we're looking for someone who brings both structure and spark to help shape what's next.

This is a co-leadership setup, meaning you'll share full responsibility with another Group Manager. One team - two leaders. This setup ensures that we as leaders have the capacity to be close to the people we lead and create the best possible environment for the group to thrive.

We believe great work happens when we combine trust and flexibility with opportunities for real-life connection. Our teams work hybrid, with most people on-site one day per week in Södertälje and the rest of the week remote. Want to be in the office more often? That works too.
