This job is available for all our locations in Europe, but especially for Sweden and Germany.
YourMission:As a Global KeyAccount Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind one of our most relevantglobal client relationships. Your role is to lead and expand this partnershipacross all regions, ensuring consistent service excellence, commercial growth,and long-term collaboration. You'll act as the central point of contact,aligning internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative logisticssolutions and unlock new business opportunities.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across the client's global organization
- Lead the development and execution of a global account strategy, ensuring alignment with both client goals and internal business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, pre-qualifications, and cross-regional initiatives
- Support local and regional sales teams in joint client activities, including proposal development, negotiations, and implementation
- Monitor account performance through KPIs, CRM updates, and regular reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across internal teams to enhance service delivery and client understanding
- Stay ahead of industry trends and client developments to proactively adapt strategies and offerings
Skills,knowledge and expertise:
- Proven experience in global key account management, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or industrial project environments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex client needs into actionable plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English
- High level of ownership, accountability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, international setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to influence across cultures and functions
