We are now looking for an Experienced HRBP, Global functions in Supply Chain, Product Development & Engineering.

The current role is key in shaping the People agenda across a complex and evolving global landscape.
It offers the opportunity to join a worldwide team and work closely with functional management and local HR partners to ensure alignment with our business direction. The position combines functional HR responsibilities with ownership of global People projects.
Over time, the scope may evolve based on business needs - changing from functional responsibilities paired with new initiatives or to supporting multiple functions.
The role works closely with HR colleagues and business leaders in Asia, Europe and North America. The role reports to VP HR & Communication and will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
Job Description;
We are looking for an experienced HR leader who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment and brings strong business acumen. Together with our colleagues across the Arjo world, you will support the Product Development & Engineering organization and play a role in our global Boost project - transforming how we work with product development throughout its lifecycle
You will play a key role in driving the Arjo HR strategy and the Supply Chain and Product Development and Engineering People Direction for current function. In close collaboration with HR colleagues and business leaders, you will act as a trusted partner - translating business priorities into impactful people plan.
You will support and lead change and transformation, ensuring HR priorities and processes are embedded in daily operations and that leadership behaviours are consistently applied. In addition, you will for example also facilitate workforce optimization, talent development and succession planning, drive engagement initiatives, and strengthen our communication agenda.
Building strong relationships across geographies and functions is essential, as is your ability to navigate cultural diversity and drive leadership and competence development.
Qualifications;
We believe you bring global experience within HR or a relevant field and are confident in providing broad HR expertise to the organization. You have a proven track record in developing, facilitating, and leading initiatives, workshops, and change processes across diverse organizational contexts. You take a holistic and solution-oriented approach and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
You demonstrate strong value-based leadership, building trust and effective working relationships. You lead yourself and your areas of responsibility with confidence, prioritizing effectively and managing a mix of tasks at different levels. Your communication skills are strong-you share knowledge openly while remaining curious and eager to learn. Proactive by nature, you make things happen and bring a high level of energy and drive to everything you do.

As a SC and PD&E organization, we are on an exciting and inspiring global journey of change and development. This transformation requires establishing also key foundations for our new set-up, with a strong focus on alignment and efficiency improvements for both the functions and within the People area.
