OUR ROLE: HR TRAINEE
We're looking for ahands-on, motivated, and curious HR traineeto support the VITA HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-expectation environment. This entry-level position offers broad exposure to core areas of HR-including recruitment, learning and development, people operations, and talent programs-while giving you the chance to learn directly from senior HR leaders and contribute to global projects.
You'll gain real-world experience by working across a wide range of people topics and coordinating with global teams, stakeholders, and external partners. - Support the execution and coordination of HR projects across topics like talent management, talent acquisition, learning, leadership, DEI, engagement, wellbeing, analytics, and communications
- Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups in collaboration with global HR partners
- Assist with day-to-day operational support for the HR team
- Contribute to planning and delivering global HR meetings, engagement initiatives, and internal events
- Learn and use HR systems and tools (including SharePoint and Workday) with confidence
- Identify and document at least one improvement to a process or workflow during your time in the role
WHO YOU ARE
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Digitally confident-comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (especially SharePoint, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint); Workday experience is a plus
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn-you take initiative and thrive in a high-paced setting
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail, even when juggling multiple projects
- Naturally collaborative-ready to partner across cultures, functions, and time zones
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change-adaptable and ready to figure things out as you go
- Ideally has experience from the retail, hospitality, or service industry, or active involvement in extracurricular or campus activities
- Fluent in English; Swedish, Danish, or other Nordic languages are a strong plus
- Humble, ambitious, and excited to grow-while lifting others along the way
