GLOBAL FINANCE PROCESS OWNER

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Electrolux Professional Group (EPR) is embarking on a Business & Finance Transformation program to standardize, harmonize & digitalize its finance processes and digitalize & automate relevant financial data for leadership to take better decisions.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Finance Business Process Owner to join the team to deliver on business-critical initiatives.

The Finance Business Process Owner (BPO) will be responsible creating the future of finance within the Group, outlining the to-be blueprint, as well as overseeing and optimizing financial processes & systems within the organization. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration to ensure finance operations are efficient, accurate, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Management: Own, develop and improve financial processes and systems to drive accuracy and efficiency across the business value chain
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance financial operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial processes comply with relevant regulations, internal policies & process guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams, IT, operations and other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to finance teams on new processes and systems.
  • Technology & data: along with IT, oversee the integration of financial software & ERP as well as secure accuracy & management of financial data


Qualifications

WHAT IS NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
  • Education: Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting roles, ideally from an international company and/or Financial Services/Accounting firms. Direct experience of finance process improvement, manufacturing accounting & manufacturing systems highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems as well as high tech-acumen.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead & work effectively with cross-functional teams.
