We are looking for a skilled Contact Center Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud CX to support, enhance, and integrate omnichannel contact center solutions. In this role, you will:
• Design, configure, and support Genesys Cloud CX solutions for voice, IVR, ACD, and call flows.
• Configure and support digital channels such as chat, email, messaging, and callback.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud CX with workforce tools, reporting platforms, and external APIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze call flows, and ensure platform stability during peak periods.
Your profile
• 3+ years of experience in contact center technologies and hands-on Genesys Cloud CX expertise.
• Strong understanding of SIP, VoIP, IVR, routing concepts, and contact center KPIs.
• Experience working in enterprise or global environments with good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
