Assignment Description

We are looking for a Functional Analyst - Manufacturing Systems

What You Will Work On

Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for production and data mapping

Mapping and improving business and manufacturing processes

Implementing production lines into MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)

Acting as a digital advisor in manufacturing and automation initiatives

Collaborating closely with engineering and automation teams on digital projects

Supporting projects involving automated production cells and smart factories

What You Bring

Experience in requirements analysis and business systems, preferably SAP and MES

Strong understanding of manufacturing business flows and production environments

Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional solutions

Strong communication skills and stakeholder collaboration experience

Fluency in English (Swedish preferred or willingness to learn)

Experience with OEE, production follow-up, or manufacturing KPIs is a plus

Programming or scripting experience (Python, Excel VBA) is meritorious

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
