Grimaldi Access is seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack .NET Developer and Scrum Master to join our client's dynamic team in Stockholm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact by shaping sustainable solutions for the future of transport and infrastructure.
As a Full Stack .NET Developer and Scrum Master, you will play a dual role in both hands-on software development and agile team facilitation. You'll work within a collaborative, international environment, developing and operating both frontend and backend systems for advanced telematics and user interfaces. Your expertise will help drive quality, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Agile Teams: Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement as a Scrum Master.
• Drive Quality: Take ownership of the QA strategy, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs using .NET/C#
• Promote Best Practices: Champion clean coding, automated testing, and validation.
• Collaborate Globally: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders across roles and geographies.
• Support Business Goals: Deliver reliable, maintainable solutions that support critical business decisions.
• Experience as a Senior .NET Developer with strong proficiency in C#.
• Deep Quality Assurance expertise and a proactive approach to QA strategy.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, driving continuous improvement and agile principles.
• Passion for engineering best practices, clean code, and automation.
• Comfortable working in agile, international, and cross-functional teams.
• Transparent, committed, and reliable-building trust with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
