Join Aleido's Tech team and help build the platform that transforms how technical information is created and delivered - at the intersection of AI, engineering, and UX.What you will do
You'll work in a cross-functional product team - alongside Frontend, Product, and UX - with real ownership over what ships. This is a role for engineers who care about craft.
- Own frontend implementation of features from specification to deployment
- Deliver high-quality UI with a relentless focus on usability and visual consistency
- Build reusable components and drive the evolution of our design system
- Write robust, testable, maintainable code in TypeScript and React
- Identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks and reduce technical debt
- Integrate AI-assisted tools as a natural part of your engineering workflow
Who you are
This is a mid-level role - well suited for someone with a few years of experience who is comfortable working independently while genuinely enjoying collaboration and technical discussion. You don't need to have seen it all; you need solid fundamentals and the curiosity to keep growing.
Required skills and experience:
- Good understanding of TypeScript, React, and modern frontend architecture
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and data flows
- Some familiarity with automated testing, component-driven development, and CI/CD pipelines
- A performance optimisation mindset and solid debugging skills
- Awareness of accessibility standards and enterprise usability practices
- Fluent in both English and Swedish - spoken and written
Nice to have:
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system
- Background in larger, platform-oriented or product-driven environment
