• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site

• Allocate tasks to workers and subcontractors and monitor work progress

• Ensure that construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Monitor productivity and report progress to the Site Manager/Project Manager

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) rules in accordance with Swedish legislation

• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site

• Check workmanship and assist in maintaining required quality standards

• Identify site problems or delays and propose practical solutions

• Assist in planning daily and weekly work activities

• Monitor attendance, time reporting, and basic site records

• Support inspections and cooperate with quality and safety personnel

• Communicate clearly with workers, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure coordination

Qualification Requirements:

Vocational training or practical education in construction, or relevant field

• 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and work processes

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and site plans

• Good leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Good awareness of health and safety requirements in construction

• Computer and reporting skills
