The role as Finance Manager

You will take ownership of core financial planning, reporting and business performance processes. The role is central in developing and maintaining Kustom's financial steering capabilities, including monthly reporting, profitability analysis, top-line tracking, business and sales controlling and product analytics. You will work closely with Accounting, Data, Product and Commercial teams to deliver reliable insights, improve decision-making and scale the financial toolkit that supports Kustom's continued growth.

Things you'll be doing

Develop and refine monthly performance reporting and dashboards that clearly communicate results, trends and business drivers

Lead profitability and performance analysis, providing insights on pricing, product mix and cost-to-serve across merchants and segments

Build and improve top-line tracking and forecasting, creating early visibility into trends and outcomes

Partner with Product and Data teams to analyze key financial metrics, including payment mix, fees and cost drivers

Drive business and sales controlling, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling that supports commercial decision-making

Contribute to continuous improvement of finance tools, reporting cadence and analytical frameworks

Skills and experience you'll need

3-5 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling, or finance analytics in a product or payments context

Strong financial modeling and data skills in Sheets/Excel and BI tools, working with large datasets

Proven ability to establish reporting cadences and automate recurring packs

Clear communicator who can translate financials into practical decisions for non‑finance stakeholders

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Experience with SQL is an advantage
